LBSA is a family and serves as a home away from home. We grow together, learn from our mistakes, celebrate each others’ victories, encourage each other during times of trouble, and help one another rise above.

Community Service

We strongly value the ties we have both with our campus and local community. Our organization is rounded on the principle of giving back, and we commit to this by hosting numerous community outreach events throughout the year.

Professional Development

All LBSA members are equipped with the necessary tools to  be successful in their future careers. We provide PD workshops and access to recruiters and our alumni to aid in successfully transitioning members into Corporate America and its relative industries.

Academics

We have all achieved great feats to gain acceptance to UC Berkeley. We support establishing effective and sound study habits, attending all classes, and staying intellectually curious. We offer academic resources as well.

LBSA is a mosaic of highly talented, diverse, dedicated individuals who share the common goal of advancing Latinx representation on campus, especially within business spaces and the Haas School of Business.
